现在，外国（地区）企业驻上海代表处（机构）设立、变更时，驻在地址使用证明中，不只包括房屋租赁合同和产权证复印件还需要业主出具涉外办公场所证明，安全部门的涉外办公场所证明 Nowadays, if a foreign district enterprice is establishing or changing Shanghai representative office.The Address Use Certificate should include Apartment Lease Contract，Interest Copies, Office’s Certificate Involving Foreign Interests and the Office’s Certificate of Safeguard Involving Foreign Interests.
